Why I can not see my name in review?

Why sometimes I can not see my name in reviwr? Show something like: one user google maps, but show my picture, I don't understand why?

I already update Google maps.

Probably this post it is in wrong place, but I could not add in help desk, don't show to me this option.

Hmm.. that is interesting.

I wonder if this might be due to the region and area that you are in?
