@Golam  So what is the definition of the best?   What is the definition of best in the groups mind? What is the definition in Googles algorithm?  I would suggest on that end high volumes and accuracy in all areas that can be contributed to. Then the fewest photos, reviews, and additions that are flagged as wrong.   Certainly, Google will never disclose a quality rating for contributors but I would infer those who have the highest totals in all badges and fewest errors or changes = the best.  Not just sheer volume.
