Hi,
In Nigeria, the most common street food is called "SUYA", it is made out of cow-meat, chicken, etc but the Cow-meat is most common here in Lagos Nigeria even though it is a thing of the Northern part of Nigeria.

Suya is a famous street food in my country Nigeria. Nigerian suya is a very popular Nigerian street food snack. It is simply skewered meats covered with a spicy peanut spice mix and roasted to perfection. Beef or Chicken can be used for Nigerian Suya. @OSAMA, @LucioV you need to taste this too anytime you visit Nigeria. @U-royFelixA tell them more about our Suya. Thanks @WaweruM for this post
