Anthony Bourdain loves sisig. He loves sisig so much that he keeps coming back to the Philippines just to get more of it.
This one is a special kind of sisig, it's made from native lechon (roasted pig)
You can find this anywhere in the in the Philippines.
I love crispy pata. Its best when you eat it with iced cold beer.
