View count not showing

It's my first post here. I am a local guide from Bangladesh.  

Here I uploaded a photo. The boxed photo doesnn't show view count. What's the problem?

There may be 2 case for this 

#1 May be no one has seen that photo yet

#2 some time it takes 24 hours to show .
