The fricassee Tuisian Food

The fricassee or broken fried is a savory donut from the Tunisian culinary tradition.

It is as well prepared at home as at fast food stores1. The dough balls are seared in oil and then opened and stuffed with cubed potatoes, harissa, tuna, black olives, a hard-boiled egg, barbecue salad and capers1.
