Not showing up as local guide (LVL 5)

I am a level 5 local guide but whenever I post a new review, I don't show up as local guide anymore. On my old reviews I still show up as local guide. I need some help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi @Dylan_Boii as I know Google need time to synced. So be patience and keep contributing.

Thanks for your help. This will probably be the case. (But I actually did show up as local guide a little while ago)
