Not able to review to a place on google maps , 'Write a review' option is missing

On the Map, polygons have limited features. When you only see an option to "add a label" and such, it is a polygon. In MapMaker, you can do some basic edits to polygons (like change name or add a place to a polygon) but in general, polygon edit is also disabled in MapMaker (for the time being - there are rumours that it will come back but in general, it seems to me that Google is abandoning MapMaker in favour of editing things in Maps).
