No email or badge after reaching level 5?

I joined the Google Local Guides program yesterday afternoon. I am now a Level 6 Local Guide. My badges on the Google Local Guides Connect forum are only showing up to Level 2 and I have received no email from Google. 

Please can someone tell me why my badges haven't updated or why I haven't received an email?

You need to send a message to Google to notify your situation.

Because after 24h the system reload all your information on your account and you passed already this period.

I believe that your profile on Connect will update soon.
