Very appealing topic! 

I grew up by the sea and when exploring foreign cuisines I always try to taste their seafood dishes. I will be very glad to contribute 🙂

 Hi @HiroyukiTakisawa,

 

It's great that you have chosen a unique subject for next month's topic. I have heard a lot about seafood, but actually never tried it in my whole life. Even fishes were never a part of my meal ever. May be it's because of the region I live (which is far away from coastal lands) and some cultural practices.

 

Can this topic be little modified for me so that I may include any other type of food ?
