Thanks Mr. Tushar, Yes I live in Kota, Here are many beautiful tourist places, This fair organised once in a year. The duration is for 20 days and timings are from afternoon to late night, no fixed hours, entry is free for all, the rides and other activities are chargeable differently. This is known as Kota Dusshera Mela
