Local guide saying he works for google

apparently there is a local guide in my city, that goes to restaurants and cafes, and says he is a google employee, and requests free food and VIP service, under the threat of posting a bad review,  is there a way to report this kind of situation???

thank you so much for your reply, but it really does not fit the description, he is doing reviews of actual businesses, but asking for vip treatment, and free meals claiming he works for google and he will post a bad review on google maps if the business does not comply with his demands. the link you gave me, talks about non existent business, and it would take forever to report every single one of his reviews, besides de reviews themselves are not the problem. the problem here is that he threatens legitimate business under false premise
