So...
I got an email saying I had a new perk to redeem (see image),
But I have tried entering it with no spaces and tried it on my phone and computer
and every time it just comes up with:
"We don’t recognize this code. Try entering it again."

I got an email with a perk code that is current. The problem is the site takes forever and then code is not recognized keeps appearing when I try to redeem it. Who do I contact? How can I get my perk?
