Level 5 Exclusive Area

I don't know if I just didnt pay full atention at the time and remember reading something about the 22nd but cannot for the life of me recall what that was,and I have just notices that there is no longer a Level5 Exclusive Area.Is it just bug on my site or has the rat moved on,
