Lagos Local Guide Hug of life - something memorable

It was a great day in Lagos, Nigeria.
Saturdays are meant for parties (Owambe) but for a local guide, Saturdays are meant for meet ups.
I hit the road for the Lagos 36 Walk – organized by @SanyaOdare
I had to be very smart in timing to meet other local guides. I got an hint from one of the local guide that something precious and memorable is awaiting me in this meet-up which makes it special.
So from Ajao Estate (Close to the Muritala Mohammed International Airport), I drove straight through Charity Bus Stop - escaped the traffic by passing through the just constructed service lane to merge the main lane to Oshodi Oke.
I checked the time in my RAV 4, and I felt like I was going to lose this memorable thing awaiting me – I thought to myself, I have to step up my driving. On getting to Oshodi Oke, I met two crawling trailers on both lanes. I had to blast my horn – going steadily but closely behind them, looking for a way out. I managed to get a small space as one of the trailers need little time to change to a higher gear to gain speed.
I surmounted the Oshodi Oke Hurdle and I drove straight on 120kph down to Oworonshoki and now on the popular long 3rd mainland bridge.
The traffic on 3rd mainland bridge wasn’t too heavy but it seems I met a lot of crawling vehicle as at the time I was driving. So I checked my time again, I was losing time. I stepped up my gas a little from 120kph, changing lanes at every opportunity and I was on 140kph (pls don’t try this ooo).
I breezed down from 3rd mainland bridge in no time and now to Ikoyi, Alfred Rewane, Falomo Bridge and then Silver bird Cinema.
I was afraid, I’m gonna lose this memorable thing!
I passed through the Eko Atlantic to get to Ademola Adetokunbo Street that house the Prestigious Eko Hotel, got a free parking space and called the host ( @SanyaOdare). Waoh!, he was glad to have me on ground and he assured me that this meet-up will be memorable because of those things put in place for us
And so, I joined others to take pictures📷, videos📹, panoramic views🔍, 360views🔎, selfies📡, and every other things that our Phones (and other gadgets) could do!
And finally, we took two different group pictures and the meetup was about being concluded when I asked the host for the memorable thing waiting for me. He shouted and said “see her, she’s about to leave, get it from her". Loo and behold, I saw this beautiful female Lagos Local Guide@Suenoyi - she smiled (that smile brought joy to my innermost being) and I went close (thinking😏 – what is this memorable thing). I got close, she looked straight into my eyes and ……..she opened her arms and she gave me the Lagos local guide hug of life. @Sagir - Lagos Local guide Zobo drink master – now brought this tasty chilled Zobo drink to conclude my hug of life moment.
Yeah, the Hug of life worth all I went through to make it for this meet-up
God bless Google Local guide community
God bless the Lagos Local guide community (fast becoming a family)

You'll still have to find a way to pay @Magbagbeola and if you can't, you'll have to forfeit the hugs. Take not
