Do you mean size in terms of pixels? HD, FullHD or UHD will be ok. I think that should be viewable, so avoid lower resolutions.

Ensure to fit exactly 1" or less!

I believe you mean quality type. But the limit is a maximum of 1 min duration. The quality can very. Take the best video you can.

No, As other friends said, there is no limitation for size or quality of the video. The limitation is just for duration and should be only 1 minute.
