Known Issue: Map editing in Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries

@InaS @KarolinaPysz Hi! Can Google moderators hels us with this problem: destrucrive renaming of places in CIS.

Two years ago there was a huge attack on Google maps (see the beginning of the topic), and then your collegues said us not to change names of the attacked places but to report here.

Since then we can still see the cases of badly renamed schools, colleges, parks etc. 

How is it still possible?  Why these edits get approval? 

Second: can we now change the names of these places without getting into some troubles?

Looks like no one gonna do anything about this situation.

So I will change the names myself, hoping it won't affect my account on GM
