3. What do I love about being a Local Guide: Being able to contribute something of use to the society in which I live is a tremendous part of being alive.
4. I love to share: Photographs showing both the unexpected simple beauty and history of the place where I live and its gradual decay and destruction by the encroachment of commercial development running rampant. I also very much enjoy writing reviews, and always try to say something users may find helpful.
5. How did I hear about Local Guides: I was living on the streets for a while a few years back and somehow or other discovered I could add meaningful reviews and helpful photographs of places I'd been on the map. Then eventually, I got the invitation to become a local guide and figured what the heck, why not? And then, long story short, I've been having fun being such, off and on, ever since.
6. Fun Fact About Me: Before becoming a mere local eccentric with a cameraphone who walks everywhere, I was a reporter and public radio news announcer, and as such, was privileged to see a lot of amazing things at places like nuclear weapons manufacturing national labs (in New Mexico) that not a lot of folks ever get to see.

Time to figure out of Google actually pays its guides...anybody can send me a screen shot..of some item..i wish for only one tiny thing...Google Home. Please tell me that since i am at level whatever that i will bee given the option of getting that for close to nothing...prolly not though.

im not sure but i dont think google promised any compensation when you joined local guides.. so better not expect anything in return 🙂

3. What do I love about being a Local Guide:  I like to help people find magical places from my country or during my travels around the world. 
4. I love to share: I love to share pictures with everyone 
5. How did I hear about Local Guides: I don't remember! I think it was a boring day, playing with my smartphone.
6. Fun Fact About Me: I love photography but I live in the most touristic city in Spain! A touristic place where it's difficult to find new corners. But it's ok, I try it 😉
