If you have already exited Local Guides program
It won't have any impact on your contributions, however Google have by now deleted your old Local Guides profile and the features and data that depended on it.
What is the message you are getting? I can see you are a Local Guide at Level 2. What is your problem?

In my other local guide account, I was at level 10, but by mistake I exited from this account , when I am tried to sign up again, message displayed your account has been suspended, what should I have to pay to Google to resolve my this issue.?
