I earned my Guide Level 4 a while back but never got my 100GB...

I passed my Level 4 Local Guide (289 points) a while back but never got my free 100GB of Google Storage for free.

The button to redeem was greyed out and did not work, I was never able to make it work....

I got the notification email back in October 2016:

following the "Active Drive Storage" button now brings me to my Guide page

kinda of a Bummer....

Anybody from Google Guides can help with this issue?

The benefit must be redeemed within 30 days of being issued and is valid for one year.

But you said this mail you received from October 2016

According to this your Drive Storage Benefit is  expired in November

Hi @CHITTARANJANS,  as noted in our Help Center (and in the email you received notifying you about the benefit upon reaching Level 4 if you receive benefit emails), the benefit must be redeemed within 30 days of being issued and is valid for one year. If the code is not available to you when you visit Local Guides Home (either at the top of the page or under the Level 4 benefits) it is past those 30 days and we are unable to troubleshoot or award a new Drive storage code.

Hi @YanniY, I actually tried to redeem it as the "Redeem" button appeared under the Level 4 section on the page when I can see my Local Guide level, I did follow the procedure but for some reason the 100GB were never added to my Google Drive.

I guess it is too late now anyway.

i have got benefit of level 4 on 4th february 2017 but i forgot to activate it between 30days. Can you award me the same again.

I did the same, I clicked and I redeemed the 100 GB, but never got anything!
