I would like to inform you that this option is only available for Android. 

 

  1. Open your Google Maps;
  2. Open the left panel Click on Settings;
  3. Click on Notifications;
  4. Click on Your contributions;
  5. Toggle the Questions about places setting (and/or any others).

You can find more information on this article Turn Google Maps notifications on or off.
