Cannot see picture and tagged name in connect post

I cannot see any picture when i open connect post and also the tag user id or mention user id.

@Sanjivbarall Could this be something to do with your internet connection? Are you able to open other sites with properly? If it's not internet issue, can you post a screenshot of what you see?

@sparekh  my internet connection is not a problem , i cannot open pictures which are attached to a post.

If you can't see pics in a post, can you see a place holder or a space in between text section?

Nevertheless, these are standard steps for any trouble related to a browser.

1. Try alternate browser

2. Try on another device including a desktop.

If the problem doesn't surface in the above two steps, then the trouble is not related to your profile. If yes, report here once again.

Once confirmed, please proceed with following steps

3. Clear cookies and history.

4. Update the browser (Nevertheless, that should be automatic)

5. Disable all extensions and anti-virus program temporarily.

6. Uninstall and reinstall the browser.

7. Do a factory reset of the phone.

Usually, you would get a solution at step five above not needing further drastic efforts.

@C_T  i am tried all of these step before you mention, its not working, i cannot see a placeholder or a space  also

One more thing to try would be to on a different network, may be mobile network. If that doesn't work, you can reach out to one of the moderators.
