I have a Local Guide turned ( TROLL ) writing fake reviews around my local business area. His name is
" Contributions from [REDACTED], Pompano Beach , Fl " .
He made a total of 16 contributions on the same day and earned a total of 31 points out of 75 possible points. Unfortunately among those 16 contributions , my " 5 Star " Google rating just went down to " 4.8 Stars" . This new " Local Guide " platform should be monitored a little better. If I don't find a quick solution I will have no other option but to Subpoena Google for his personal ( IP ) information.
Any advice would help ! [REDACTED]

oh man, that was awful.
i feel sorry for this, i think he is not know what mean to be a local guide.
we are here to help people with information.
please report the review as inappropriate reviews.

Yeah I'm in the Miami area, so I feel for you. The only thing you can do is click the options under their name and "Report" them and wait for a swift response from Google. Typically you have to fill out a form you can copypasta the information there and hopefully in a few days the reviews will be deleted.
