Same thing here...  Got the email and I'm level 6.  Clicked on Apply and selected OS.  Checked the box for accepting terms of service and when I click Submit, nothing happens.  Tried this on mobile and PC.  Tried both OS choices.  Still won't get past Submit.   And I responded to the email yesterday as soon as I got it.

Quoting myself, it finally worked.  I didn't do anything differently, just clicked submit again (after dozens of tries) and it finally gave me the confirmation.  I thought they were going to ask some questions but it was literally hit submit then get a confirmation that they will email again if you get picked.
