I think it could be very useful if a mail is sent to the reviewer, when the business owner reply to a review on google maps.
why is this not implemented as for google business owner?
this could potentially avoid many misunderstanding..sometime i see positive review with just 1 star! it could be helpful for costumer to notify this!!
