Hey @OSAMA - The teams are aware of this but it might take some time to resolve.  As somebody who is one of our top posters on Connect, this means you may see a lot more notifications than you are used to. This should only happen with the quote feature though.  If you use the quote, anybody tagged in that quoted reply will be re-tagged.  Just something to consider in the short term while the issue is worked through 🙂
