I cannot write review in my android app of Google Map

I cannot write review in my android app of Google Map. When I try to write review, everytime a I received a error massage that I my name is missing. But everytime I edit my name but no improvement.

Hi @scoutomar,

Can you please check two things:

1.  Can you write a review using Desktop Maps?

2.  Please make sure you already logon with your Google Account before writing a review.

This problem is for  only one reason and that is u have to update your maps app ...

So i suggest  u to Update Your Maps App then try .... u will able to write a review ..

Yes I can write a review using Desktop Maps and I can't upload picture, add missing place and can answer question in contribution, But can not write review in my mobile app.

Can you confirm already logon in Mobile Maps with your Google Account?  (As it is not mentioned)

Are you using Android or iOS?

In situations like this, I will uninstall the Mobile Maps App , reboot the Phone and reinstall.

I am using android Phone.

To solve on android:

1. Go to settings 

2. Click on accounts

3. Click on your google account. 

4. Click sync account 

5. Click sync people details
