I am not able to report closed business

Hello,

I am unable to report if any business/place is closed or shifted. I could not see the button (top right corner bullet button) is highlighted to report even after selecting the appropriate option given. Is it restricting me only or every body facing same problem??

Advice needed.

Hello Krishna,

You can report if any business/place is closed or permanently moved.

To mark location permanently closed:

1. Open Google Maps and make sure you're signed in.
2. To report a problem about an address, search for that address or click on the map to drop a pin.
3. In the bottom right, click Send feedback. If you're using Maps in Lite mode, you can't report a problem.
4. Choose Report a data problem.
5. Follow the instructions.  Place is permanently closed or has never existed

 

            Click Mark as permanently closed.  In the dialog that appears, click Mark as permanently closed.

1. Click Submit.
