Badge for posting - consider change

Hi LG Team,

I think that points to achieve badge for posting should be granted not only for first post in a thread but for every post on LGC forum. It's better for building interactions between Local Guides. Threads will be longer. Now, sometimes I feel that some new threads are created only for new badge hunting. It creates mess on the forum.
