New section "Introduce Yourself"

Hi my friends!

This is the representation of my idea of the new menu with the new "Introduce Yourself" section inserted.
I think it's very useful for newcomers who actually do not know what section they have to show up and for "old" Connect users who can immediately welcome new friends!

Introduce yourself!

Once opened the menu you could access a dedicated page divided between the various months with reported also wanting the total number of newcomers!

It would then save a job to the Moderators or Googlers who have to go looking for presentations around the forum and then group them in a single post that, among other things, is now included in "Local Stories" perhaps not easy to find.

What do you think? It might be useful?

@davidhyno  Wow! Another great idea. Instead of creating ane thread every month having a dedicated section will better the way you proposed. In this way, we can easily look through the threads if we want to know which LGs have joined on a specific month.

Hi @davidhyno. We create a monthly introduction thread to help organize introductions and make searching on Connect easier for all Local Guides by reducing the number of independent threads. We won't be implementing your idea at this time but as always, will keep all ideas in mind for the future. Thank you.

Instead of narrative type of introduction often skipped by the readers due to lengthy stories, Questionnaire type & Answers to Lead Questions  as may formatted by Google will facilitate the new users  to introduce (and update by Old LG's) themselves besides prompting the visitors to read this and have an insight of the Local Guides Members.

You may like to Self Introduce using this field to know you better at a glance:

This will solve the way of Introduction very simple without being skipped by the reader.
This may be tagged in their profile section with modification of the format by the admin if approved.
