It is needless to say there exist numerous irrelevant photos not related to the place of interest.
It is all right if the nested places in the commercial complex or even the periphery/surroundings are included in the photos added to the place mark....but not totally Irrelevant ones.
It may be due to the reason that some random contributors add such photos - on curiosity - without understanding the purpose of the Map.
For example while tagging the photos of a bus station some photos of historical landmarks or Railway Stations are also added without attempting to find out the other actual position. These cases are too numerous to cite.
So, the views of Google map are misled to locate the exact point of their interest. Even the smartest Photo Moderaror may not distinguish the irregularity in all world places
I have reported some of the irreleIrre photos in the feedback. I am not sure how far this is helpful - given the cases are too numerous.
The solution can be similar to the interactive dialogue box opened when a duplicate of the existing place is created.
A pop up dialogue box can be programmed to be opened while adding the photos to the place with an alert -
"Are you sure that the photo relates to this place?"
This will minimise adding Irrelevant Photos to places by anyone with social responsibility.
