Bus Stop additional facilities

This Bus Stop in Manchester, UK, has USB charge points. I imagine the original intent was to help travellers, but it's in near continual use by the homeless to charge mobile phones; going online is essential in searching for jobs, benefits, and accommodation. I want to add facilities like charge points to a transit stop's listings. This could be incorporated into a list for the homeless of the city. One for @JuanCh?
