@iorikun301 Thanks for the compliment. It’s a Nigerian dish comprising of Basmati rice (fried and colored) :rice: , plantains :banana: , fried chicken :poultry_leg: and fried fish :tropical_fish:

Ah, I see… Looks really delicious, @Yumpy . Basmati rice, fried fish, fried chicken, that’s common in my country, Indonesia, too.

But one that makes curious is plantains. What is that? Is that banana, as in the emoji you used? How that’s taste like? How you cook it? I never eat banana with rice, before… :))

@iorikun301 Plantain is actually the big brother of banana. It’s just like banana but it’s fryable and very edible unlike banana which can only be eaten. It’s very much present in Nigeria but not much in West African countries. We are really lucky about plantain because we eat it basically all the time and it’s so so yummy :yum:
