Sometimes, the Google team cannot verify our contributions so these contributions may be rejected or remain pending for some time. In some countries, these checks become more complex for various reasons, and there is not much we can do other than wait.
However, I wanted to let you know if you are interested in adding a location where you are the owner or responsible, you can do so through Google My Business and seek help on the Google My Business forum, whose address is here.
