It’s my first post on #LocalGuidesConnect, so please be kind to me!
I opened Local Guides for myself last year. At first, I thought that I wouldn’t be very active user, but I like it very much.
Google Maps is cool instrument to let people know your opinion about places,events,food,interesting meetigs etc.
To tell the truth I like to write different stories. I have personal notebook where I write my thoughts, my feelings and emotions.
But Local Guides give chace to let know everyone different points of view about the same places.
I like most of all to add on maps small businesses that I’ve visited and write comments. As I work with finance I go to the different financial institutions and after that I write my opinion about these places for example about staff, speed of service, relation to the client.
To write about new place become my good habbit. I’m very happy to see how many people read my comments and look photos, and and most of all is to see Likes, because than you understand that some one is agree with you or your post helped someone. I always ready to answer questions about places that I’ve commented, its great feeling to be useful and help someone.
I realy believe that Google Maps provide a great help as for local citizens as foreiners who comes to the new location.
Lately I wasn’t abroad but I plan to go and use information from Google Maps to visit some interesting places that can be known only by Local Giudes)
