Why when ever trying to create a new business, edits are showing as 'NOT APPLIED'?

Why when ever trying to create a new business, edits are showing as ‘NOT APPLIED’?

I tried building multiple legitimate POIs on map but my edit shows as ‘NOT APPLIED’.
Kindly guide me whit whats going wrong.

There is only one way to report a not applied send feedback option. We can request to add it via send feedback. For more kindly refer to the link below,

To better understand the issue, please go through the link @SJasourH98 provided.

I also want to request you not to repeat the process many times with different names. If you are sure that the business should be listed in Google Maps then you should ask the owner to add their business through the Google My Business Interface.
