Hello @Hussam-Shadid ,

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to Connect. As you can notice, I moved your post from the unrelated conversation to the How-tos, which is the most appropriate section of the forum for this kind of content.

I am not sure I understand your question though, since you shared a photo of a place that is actually visible. Can you give us more details about your query?

In case you want to add a new place, you can follow this link: Add a missing place to the map.

I add a missing place to the maps

but the place not show in the map

i need the place show like this image

Hi @Hussam-Shadid

Not all the place appear on Google Maps by simply scrolling the map. It depends of the type of place (category), if the place have a storefront, and if the place is popular (searched, with many photos and reviews). Also the relevance (the way a business match with your profile) can play a role in this.

However, the appearance of the pin in Maps is normally irrelevant, because most of the places are found by making a search, not just scrolling Maps visually.

Can you please share with us the link of the place? This will make easier to give you a more specific answer.

As you said "I need … " I’m asking you one more question: is the place your own business?

Checking your profile I can see that you uploaded 8 photos in Google Maps. Two are a violation of the rules, because you cannot add the same photo in more than one location, and the last five have a watermark of the business, so sounds like you are the owner of that business . If so, the best option for you is to claim the place through Google My Business. This article may help you: Improve your local ranking on Google

Another option, if you added the place very recently, is that it you need to wait more time. In the email you received from Google maps in indicated that a place need at least 24 hours to appear in Maps and, according to the data of your photos, the place has been added less than 48 hours ago.

In addition, I want to remind you that you cannot be a Local Guide for representing your own business. This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.

Waiting for your feedback

The pins only appear depending of many factors. How much people search for the place (or the business category), how much they actually click on the place name to see the information, how much cluttered the map already is around, how pertinent and complete the information associated to the place is (opening hours ec), how much reviews it has…

Most of the places I add don’t get a pin but still exist, you can find them by searching or by clicking on the correct place on the map. Eventually a pin appear after a while but it’s usually in areas without too much listed places.
