Why Notting Hill is the most photogenic place in London

Notting Hill is the perfect combination of traditional British architecture and British eccentricity! I am always in the area because it feels like total escapism; a fantasy world where the houses are pastel and the cherry blossom is always bright pink. Walk down the side streets away from the crowds on Portobello Road and the bright colours don’t stop. It’s much easier to get a good photograph with a pink or yellow house away from the crowds. Wander up to Ladbroke Grove and visit the beautiful Wild At Heart flower shop and see the tree-lined streets where the locals chat over coffee. Here are some of my favourite photos I’ve captured of the area…

You know what @SokiLondon The only way I knew about Notting Hill is becauseof the Movie, featuring Hugh Grant & Julia Roberts.

The moment I saw your post, it immediately brought a Smile on my face. Have you seen the movie?

These pictures are so full of life and those Pink and Purple hues in the background would make anybody’s day. I also Love the idea of Funky Eyes prop for the door.

But could you tell me what kind of tree is in the first image?

aw amazing! It’s great isn’t it

Yes I’ve seen the film! It’s one of my favourites! I can’t believe that was 20 years ago when they filmed it, Notting Hill has become much busier since then.

The first tree is Magnolia
