I updated my street view app. But app doesn’t showing any batches like others. Can anyone tell me why this happening?

Hi @user_not_found you need to visit Street View trusted Help for Street View support it is not handled through Connect anymore.

The new version of the Street View application is available worldwide already. I kindly ask you to delete and reinstall the application if you don’t see the update available. If this doesn’t solve the issue, you need to send a feedback to the Street View engineers directly from the application so they can look into it.

@Bobiisha I am thanking you so much. I think it goes wrong with the Samsung user. I already unstill and re-install it three times. But it doesn’t work at all. Now I got the issue. Whenever this software got an update from the old version, It doesn’t remove old data from the Samsung device. It was the reason in the play store, Street view-global version showing up-to-date. It doesn’t ask for an update. As you told me to re-install it, this time I do this in another way. Let me share my experience. Whoever facing this same problem, just go on my way.
- First of all, select the street view app ‘or’ go to setting. (refer photo - 1)
- If you go through the setting, then click on apps and click the street view app.
- Then click on Storage.
- Then you will find something like (refer photo - 2) Clear Cache / Clear Data.
- All you have to do it, just click on Clear Data and Unstill it manually.
- Then go to Google Play Store and re-install the Street View app.
If this doesn’t work, please send feedback to the Street View engineers directly from the application so they can look into it.

My device names, Samsung Galaxy S8. I know this is an ARCore-compatible Android device. And I saw my known LG, Bangladesh is also one of those available 150 countries. My phone app not showing New Connected Photos View.

Hi @mostasinmaruf,
Please try manually updating Google Play Services and the Street View app from the Play Store, and make sure your phone has enough unused storage for apps to auto-update. Let me know if that doesn’t help.

Thank you so much mam @Bobiisha , It will be regarding others. I don’t post on How-tos because I remembered someone told me street view app support is no longer available on LGC. Then I search for the google support team, but can’t found any solution. Then I comment on Mr. Stafford’s post, for more info.
@Stafford It is still not working. Itried manually update Google Play Services and the Street View app from the Play Store, and my phone has enough unused storage for apps to auto-update. But it’s still not showing the new video mode feature. 
@Stafford Sir here is the proof, my phone is AR Core supported.
