I had a pretty bad experience at https://goo.gl/maps/v1vo4LoA56HZuwaZ9 and I wrote the following review, describing all details. I am not sure why Google decided to reject my review. I normally do not post bad review but I felt obligated to post this. how can I get it posted.
I hate to write bad reviews about any business but writing this one for the business to take a feedback and improve their service. This rating is strictly about their service not their food. Food was a four star. I arrived at the restaurant without reservation and I was seated within few minutes. Restaurant was half full. I was alone on a table for two and surrounded by a mix of large and small groups. I was the only table with one person. And I think I was the only Indian in the entire restaurant. A sweet old lady got me started and even brought mashed potatoes and fried vegetables for me. Then the horror started. I kept waiting for meat servers to come to my table and they kept skipping my table serving others. I stared down one of them and he came with sirloin which was good. Once done I was again waiting watching everyone else being served. Finally a nice lady came seeing my empty plate and asked if I am doing okay and need something, I said yes fillet minion. I kept waiting, she again came asking if I’m still waiting, I said yes. Them someone came and served them asking if I want more as if he’s doing a favor. Next again wait. The old nice lady came later and asked why I’m not eating. I said I’m taking a break. I was eating mashed potatoes waiting still. She came again asking why is my plate empty and I felt like saying because no one is giving me food. I have had enough by this time and I asked for the check at that time. I left nearly full (with mashed potatoes and salad and veggies) but unsatisfied. It was a bit of a shock for me to see this kind of service at a high end restaurant. I was debating between this place and fat ox on the other side and I guess I made a bad call. I was the only Indian guy so perhaps there was racial bias in the service but I won’t quite accuse them of racism because I noticed a party of 8 black people celebrating a birthday getting served well. I hope they take this feedback positively and train their neat serving staff to not repeat this experience for anyone.

Here is a link to the review, which does not work because the review seems to have been rejected: https://goo.gl/maps/nHrfmANSqQ4qfMNC8
I suspect that it was rejected based on some of the phrasing (e.g. “bad reviews”, “old lady”) and the suggestion that the motive for poor service was racial bias or racism and you specifically mention Indian and Black. When writing a review such as this, describe the situation as factually as possible, but avoid suggestions or assertions regarding motive or anecdotal observations that are not material (e.g. “I think I was the only Indian in the entire restaurant”, “as if he’s doing a favor”, “I won’t quite accuse them of racism”). Also, while accurate words should be used to depict the situation, I suggest avoiding extreme adjectives like “horror”.
A possible revision:
When I assign a low rating to a business and provide a review based on a negative experience, my hope is that the business will use my feedback to improve their service so that others won’t have the same negative experience. The low rating I assigned to this restaurant is strictly about the poor service I received; not the food. The food was four stars. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was seated within a few minutes. The restaurant was half full. I was alone and was seated at a table for two. Surrounding me were large and small groups at nearby tables.
A server soon approached my table, bringing me mashed potatoes and fried vegetables for starters. However, the servers that walk about serving meat to the customers (which is included in the price of dinner) ignored my table, while serving the small and large parties. After a lengthy time, I finally caught the attention of one meat server, and he came with sirloin. I finished eating the sirloin, and had already finished the vegetables some time ago. Again, I waited and waited, unable to capture the attention of any of the servers. Eventually a server stopped by and asked if I was doing okay, and if there was anything else I wanted. I said yes and asked for fillet minion. She left, and again, I ended up waiting for quite some time. Eventually the server returned and asked if I was still waiting, Then another server stopped by and quickly put some food on my plate, seemingly annoyed. This cycle of long wait times between being served any food continued, while the small and large parties near me were being served frequently. Given the reputation of this restaurant as upscale, I was thoroughly disappointed in the extremely poor service. After another long wait, when the next server approached my table I simply requested the check, which I paid in full despite the dreadful lack of service and professionalism. In my experience, situations like these are due to substandard management and lack of training.

Thanks you, I loved your revision. I made some edits and posted the updated review. Hope it gets accepted. Here is what I posted:

The restaurant was half full. I was alone and was seated at a table for two. Surrounding me were large and small groups at nearby tables. I was the only Indian guy and the only single person party in the entire restaurant.
A lady server soon approached my table and explained about the food and got me plates and water. She also brought me mashed potatoes and fried vegetables for starters. However, the servers that walk about serving meat to the customers (which is included in the price of dinner) ignored my table, while serving the small and large parties around me. After a lengthy time, I finally caught the attention of one meat server, and he came with sirloin. This cycle of long wait times between being served any food continued, while the small and large parties near me were being served frequently. Given the reputation of this restaurant as upscale, I was thoroughly disappointed in the extremely poor service. After another long wait, when the first lady server who seated me approached my table and asked why my plate is empty I felt like saying that its because no one is serving me. Instead I kept my cool and simply requested the check, which I paid in full plus tip despite the dreadful lack of service and professionalism. In my experience, situations like these are due to substandard management and lack of training.

Okay.
BTW My review is still not posted. I was wondering what’s wrong now with my review. Does Google intentionally reject 1* reviews for some prearranged kickbacks from the business. I wrote a 5* review for another restaurant nearby where I had three great meals and it was gladly accepted.
