My profession is web development and SEO.

Whenever we makes any new website for local business. Then it’s very important to add a place for that specific website to navigate people to the exact location for physical address.

On the other hand , local map helps a lot to rank website locally in SERP (search engine results page).

And rating and reviews helps people to know more about place (for any theme). If anybody has any query regarding the place then they can ask in questions section and local guides will guide them on the behalf of their experiences.

Local maps also helps people by letting them know more about the working hours, contact numbers, photos, videos and holidays at one place.

@Gurdeep_singh_toor , many owners are unaware of the importance of listing their business on maps or claiming the business if it’s already listed by LGs. I try to spread information about it by posting in social networks and talking to owners (if it is appropriate) when I visit the place.
