In Turkish, we have a saying: “Path to a man’s heart, goes through his stomach”. We can’t convey sense of smell and taste via our screens yet, but we can make our best with the pictures we take. I believe, the food opens a window to the soul of a culture and that it carries lots of information as much as historical sights to be seen in that region. Therefore, whenever I go to a new place or visit a new restaurant, I try to take pictures of the foods I eat, as they are pieces of art worth sharing.
