Why Google has not Sent me the Local Guide Gift where Some Level3 Guides have Received their Gifts?

Hi,

Some of my friends in my Locality who are in Level 3, 5 ,6 , 7 & 8 have received some gifts from Google Local Guide.

But, I have not received any gifts from Google Local Guide?

Why?

Can anyone please reply this? Am I missing something?
