I feel prejudiced again .
I stopped at an OMV fuel station. It also has a restaurant, I bought a pie and a cup of tea, I took pictures, other dates I bought different dishes. Why can’t I add dishes on Google maps to this location? Why are not the pictures recognized as dishes by Google maps?

The category of this POI is, correctly, fuel station.
If on the fuel station there is also a shop and a restaurant, they should be added as a separate POIs.
I don’t need to explain to you why you cannot add dishes on a fuel station, isn’t it?
Ok, seriously, you can add dishes only on categories where food is part of the service, like restaurant or fast food.
Now I understand perfectly @ErmesT but every OMv station in Romania has this kind of restaurant. In a big way you are very right because they have separate cash registers, but for several months I can not change and add anything on Google maps. I would have taken a few extra points …
Is there a seating table and a waiter? I think the point is this. If there will be tables, then you must additionally place a marker on the map, mark the cafe.

I cannot add locations and modify locations on maps. it rejects everything I try to add @user_not_found
I’m very angry with Google Maps. They, too, I have reject seats on a map. I try to put the house on the map and get rejected. I try to add an organization and get rejected. I attach photos, mode of operation, address of the house, geolocation is enabled in the photo. Still get rejected. I could add more than 100 seats, maybe 1000 but get rejected. After 50 attempts, I gave up and stopped adding seats. I’ve written to a local Google forum of experts who can’t help me. They know how to edit the drawing of the card. it must be Two POI on the map on that location.to let you recognize where to add you photos.
The POI of the Gas station .
The POI of the Restaurant .
when they are separated Uniquely, you can add your dishes photos to the Restaurant,
not to the Gas station.

I understand very well what you say but the employees at the fuel station also serve at the restaurant and at the market and when I buy petrol or diesel I also talk to them.

I will remain on your first questions: adding a dish on a fuel station POI.
Even if the people working/serving there is the same who is filling the tank, we need to consider that as two separate POIs. Keeping everything simple is the base for helping people. If someone is looking for food, they will not search for a fuel station, even if there is the possibility to find a place for food near the gas station.
Making more detailed and specific categories will not help people in a search but, on the opposite, will reduce the possibility of a business to be found

I was hoping for an answer that you would take note of or try to solve the problem. Your answer does not give me clarity. You have not answered the questions. I know very well who the Google Maps experts of the local forum are. However, they do have access to drawing maps. Why don’t I or other Google Maps experts have access to the forum? Why only do they have access to edit Google Maps maps?

at that fuel station many people come to eat and discuss business. Is there a money transfer service, another POI?
Also the service to pay the road tax, another POI?
Plus market, all those employees do all the work there.
Should there be FIVE business locations in that place?
And the toilet and parking other two locations, would result in seven locations altogether.
Is this the case in such a situation?

Well, seriously, I think we need to add the information in maps in a way that makes easy to find the businesses @To_paul (Just my opinion, of course)
Mixing categories, in my opinion will confuse the users. I am not talking about a people who knows the place already, I am talking about people whom season for a place in maps an honestly, I would not add dishes on a fuel station. Not all the fuel station are also giving food
