Why Are My Reviews Not Showing Fully on Other Profiles?

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue where, despite having traveled to many countries and posted numerous reviews, only 350 reviews are showing on my profile when I check from someone else’s account. I’ve posted many more reviews, but only a few are visible when I view them from another person’s profile. I’ve added more reviews, but when I check again, it still shows the same amount. What happened? Is there any way to fix this?

All reviews, photos and videos are verified by a filter. If it suspects any violation of the rules, SPAM or fake information they will not be published. If photos or videos are attached to a review and only one is rejected by the filter, the entire review including all other attached media is not published.
Looking at you profile, I see many selfies. Those are not allowed! So, my first suggestion is, to remove them all.

@MohamedAzaar Hi! Some reviews may be filtered by Google’s system if they violate policies or seem spam-like. Try checking your contributions while logged in. If they’re missing, contact Google Support or post in the Local Guides Help Community for further assistance.

First of all I fully agree with @WilfriedB
But please let me add that I am deeply surprised, because you are also a Business. This is perfectly fine till you keep your activity as a Local Guide separate from your business, but my question is different: As a business owner, the kind of contributions that you add in other listings in Google Maps is what you would love to see in your own business?
Duplicate, photos of you instead of photos of the location, redundant photos, same photos posted in more than one listing, photos of you at work inside some place.
Fortunately half of your photos are not visible in Google Maps, but honestly two third of the remaining ones should be removed too.
Why I tell you this?

  • First of all because, with more than 50% of your contributions already made private, you are probably triggering some alarm in Google Maps. This is normally ending in the removal from the program. Personally I will start with a Huge cleanup of your contributions
  • Second, because (to come to your initial question) reviews and attached photos are considered all together. If one or more of your photos is triggering the filter the review and all the attached contributions will be taken down. Removing the photos from the review is always the first thing to do to understand what is triggering the filter.
  • Third, because if you appeal (yes, it is possible to submit an appeal), when the team will check your contributions your Local Guide account will probably disappears very quickly
