Yes there is a problem with your entry @Sthirajyoti even though you were confirmed and I am sorry about this. You would eventually have heard from me and that’s the reason for mentioning you in my last message. I’m covering new ground here and because of lack of sleep, and a tight schedule as I do want to launch this in early August, I’ve made a few errors in the wee-early hours. Again I’m sorry but will ask you to try again but make sure you do not use and copied or saved links to the form. Go back to the post itself and just click on link in the post. Let me know how you go!

It really sad that nothing has changed, still giving the same error of “something went wrong”. for beta form.

I can re-edit the first form but the error persists on the beta form. Suggesting you guys go ahead. It’s on of the case, a special one. :smile:

Well it i really interesting @AjitThite because the links I have given you are direct Google links. When I have some time I will do some more investigation but yes for now I must continue and we have @JoelBarrett ready to jump in :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey Adam! Thanks for doing this!

I have the blue heart so not sure if you want me to redo my application. I did go to the form but it only allows me to edit and won’t pull up a blank form (even when I click to pull up a blank form).

Should I edit or am I good to go? Just want to double-check with you since I know you’re down to crunch time.

Yes you are all good now @katydarhel . There was some weird problem. @AjitThite had problems with the Beta Testing link which he nor I have been able to work out and you were among a few others where your form was received but incomplete but I did make some changes for the new Heath Check feature :disappointed: You are all fine now, I think lol.

Your original form seems to be ok so no need to redo at the moment. In fact, if it allows you to edit and won’t pull up a blank form it means that your form originally posted. If however you get a blank form then you will know that it didn’t and you should have another go.

Yes we are on the home run and down tocrunch time on this new baby and I’m keen to sort all this out before I must swing over to the big brother of this because that one has hundreds of existing participants plus some 50+ new entrants and counting this month alone :disappointed:

That’s great @Chacho . Before we start can you please re-visit the participation form and check that it was correctly submitted. If it allows you to edit but not start with a blank form it means that your form originally posted successfully. If however you get a blank form then you will know that your original attempt didn’t correctly post and therefore you should have another go. I am sorry about all this but things are happening here and because of time constraints we just have to work around issues as best we can. Please let me know how you go and then we can proceed.

Mine has been successfully submitted. I requested and received a copy of the submitted form in my e-mail.

FYI My form also came up marked as suspicious, but because I often use the Google Drive forms (documents, slides, forms, and sheets), I said “yes,” and it proceeded to load as normal. I’ve never had that happen before, but I decided to trust “Google.” :grin:

Thanks @Cercis I can confirm that your participation form has been received however other than your comment in this post, I haven’t seen your Beta Test #1 submission! Could you please check this and advise ASAP because very, very soon I will be sending out Beta Test #2.

Your problems with the forms are perplexing. However, I am happy to hear that you tried on many different devices - PC and Apple (I believe that is what you meant for your other devices).

I am just tossing this information to you in hopes that it might solve the problem. (BTW, I email a column written with Google documents to the editor of a newsletter each month. At first, she had trouble opening the document but eventually figured it out. Unfortunately, I never asked how.)

Do you have Google Drive loaded to your Desktop? Once you have this loaded, the other four programs load. It is a straightforward system to use.

I hope that this helps and that I did not misinterpret what is happening.

I believe that you have re-submitted your entry form for this new Top 100 Local Guides project however I see that you have entered a Connect username of Yellow26 which I cannot validate on Connect? Can you please revisit your entry form and check this or advise me here about this please!

Thank you @Cercis for your suggestion regarding @AjitThite 's problem. Ajit, can you please add a screenshot of the whole screen with the actual error message you are getting. Also, from further research, this is what I have found to eliminate any possible browser specific issues that you may be having. You have tried some of these already but I am listing these for possible future reference by others:
