Thank you speedy @AjitThite . Firstly, the Submit problem until I here back from other Beta Testers it will be hard for me to say what the problem is so all I can suggest for now is that you try the following:
Try clearing the data cache
Try a different device
Try another browser
On desktop:
Click on the little lock on the left of the docs.google URL
Choose Site Settings
Click Clear Data
Regarding your comment #5, I’m deliberately trying to keep the descriptions short and there are full descriptions below the headings. However, I will think about your suggestion.
Hello @AdamGT I’ve completed the form. I don’t think there’s any issue with the form and everything is clear and easy to comprehend. One suggestion I’d like to make is that while filling out the Roads column, it is mentioned that enter the number of Places you’ve added instead of Roads. I believe instead of Places if we could add Roads that’d be better and clear. Thoughts?

Given that no one else has had the problem you had with submitting the form @AjitThite , I’m confident to think that the problem is at your end. Let me know if yo have made any progress.

I think that before sending the form you should stipulate that the information requested is to be filed on a Google Form. Exactly where do you think this should be stipulated?

ps: I am somewhat “spreadsheatted-out” (sheesh I type the wrong sh?? then) but I have gut feeling that if all this goes to plan, this will be the mother of all the leaderboards It’s the lack of sleep that is catching up with me, and of course, with the end of month close and hours and hours of work ahead of me, I will need to get some serious sleep in the next day or so.

If however you get a blank form then you will know that your original attempt didn’t correctly post and therefore you should have another go. I am sorry about all this but things are happening here and because of time constraints we just have to work around issues as best we can.

I tried everything you mentioned on 2 browsers including one incognito mode on 2 laptops, 1 pc and a mobile, nothing is working at my end, I am sorry about that. So I suggest you to move ahead. No hard feelings.

In addition, while filling the number of points in the form, the screenshot denotes (red circle) the total number of photos added instead of points. It Might be confusing for some. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Thanks @Kahnster . It’s interesting that you are not having any problems with the links to the different forms but for some strange reason @AjitThite is having problems which worries me that once we launch many others might have problems.
