Only some designated Google employees would be assigned with the job of moderation on this forum.
There is another class of connect moderators who are Local Guides carrying out the function voluntarily.
You can also aspire to become that through consistent and all-round contributions.

Instead, fill out the Appeal form, letting us know you’ve been removed. Be sure to provide us with your Google Maps profile URL so we can look into it. It can take up to three weeks to investigate banned accounts, so please be patient. Our team will reach out privately as soon as we have an update.

However, when I did that, it prompted me that my post is still being reviewed but I could not see the draft anymore. Any idea where I could archive my post? Thanks!

yes of course you can record your video wearing your hijjab, applications are open to everyone, no matter the religion and Google respects everyone’s religion.
Just stick to the requirements and go on, you can have a look at Video tips for your Connect Live 2020 application.

are you referring to the Connect Live 2020 applications? If yes please have a look at the Connect Live 2020 application guidelines, here you can find all useful information. Or you can check the official website as well where you start your application (note to have the required materials ready as you will need to provide the links to that).
