Celebrating World Bicycle Day with Local Guides

Today, on June 3rd, we celebrate World Bicycle Day – a special day that reminds us of the countless benefits of choosing two wheels.
A Brief History of World Bicycle Day
The United Nations declared June 3rd as World Bicycle Day in 2018, recognizing the bicycle as a simple, affordable, clean, and environmentally fit means of transportation. The campaign was championed by Professor Leszek Sibilski and supported by cycling enthusiasts worldwide.
