I would return to the same restaurant if it consistently provides excellent food quality, friendly customer service, a clean environment, and good value for money. A positive overall experience, where staff are welcoming and attentive, encourages customer loyalty. Consistency is also important because customers like to know they can expect the same high standards every time they visit.

First and foremost food quality and taste but to me equally important is the service and the attitude towards customers , any one missing- I will not return!

It may sound ambiguous, but the vibe is what matters to me most, eg. something warm and intimate, yet bright and full of life, with excellent service. That’s usually what makes me come back to a place, both consciously and subconsciously. Of course, good food helps, but having a distinctive quality that makes you think, “Ah, I’m in the mood to go to NNN today,” is what really stands out IMO.
Great service is a must along with great food to bring my back. To keep me coming back, though, takes those 2 things along with cleanliness, friendliness, and a comfortable atmosphere. I can appreciate top shelf service and food, but if the place is stuffy and full of itself I’ll only go when someone visits and really wants to try the place out. There are Michelin star restaurants that are one visit and done for me and others that I go back to every chance I get.
